Quick & Simple Voting

  • Everyday Decisions: For informal voting, use new poll and share the poll ID with your participants.
  • Important Decisions: Use new poll and select ticket secure. The poll creator must print, cut out, and distribute the voting tickets (random draw).
  • Idea: For several votes from the same device (polling station), use private navigation.

Regular Decisions

For recurring or official decisions, we recommend our secure House voting system. It includes advanced features like automatic email notifications to all members.

How it works:

  • Gather your voters: All voters must belong to the House.
  • Create a house: Set it up with all its voting members.
Note: To prevent ballot stuffing, you cannot add new voters after the House is created.
  • Create the Poll: Initiate a new poll FROM WITHIN the House.
  • Cast Votes: Each voter joins the poll using the poll ID, and uses their unique ticket to cast their vote (no sign-in required when voting a ticket poll).
  • Review Results: Once voting ends, the results are stored in the House archives. The complete ballot can be downloaded for independent verification.
